About Attention Oasis
Inspiration arrives in the most suprising packages...Have you ever felt something so powerful that caused your heart to break wide open??
In 2001, one of my children was diagnosed with ADHD. I felt greatful and relieved to know that my child would be given every opportunity possible to get through school and life successfully. However, at that very same moment, I felt my heart break open for those people who might never be given the opportunity to learn how to heal and feel balanced in their own bodies.

My passion is to help heal and inspire others to be the best they can be!

Attention Oasis was born to help people find balance in their lives; for example, those with ADHD, anxiety, physical disabilities (specializing in patients with ALS), stress, or  people just wanting to feel more connection, flexibility and wholeness in their lives.

Kripalu Yoga is an inquiry-based yoga methodology that promotes the awakening of the life force (prana). Using classic asanas, pranayama, meditation, and relaxation techniques, Kripalu Yoga increases awareness of body, breath, and mind and encourages natural alignment. The primary objective of Kripalu Yoga is to awaken the natural intelligence of the life-force (the flow of prana) in order to promote thriving in all aspects of life. Because of its approach, Kripalu Yoga is compatible with all other styles and traditions of yoga practice.

Jane currently teaches Gentle, Multi Level, Intermediate and Vinyasa classes.

Jane's other passions are nutrition, psychology, neuroscience and the scientific aspects of yoga, meditation and other natural healing techniques. In 2011, Jane became certified in Open FocusTM and Neurosynchrony training with Dr. Les Fehmi, Princeton
